Here at post_secret_ we try to pay a bit of hommage to the PS blog and in doing so we choose to maintain its anonymous integrity as much as possible. This community is offered as an alternative to similar LJ communities. We only ask for all new members to please take a moment or two to read and follow all of the community rules in an effort to maintain the flow and respect of post_secret_. Failing to do so and then participating in a manner outside of these simple rules will unfortunately be cause for getting immediately banned from the community. •Feel free to submit a question or topic to the community. The blue pencil in the top right corner of the page that says "Post" beside it is what you're looking for to create a post to the community. •1a. Before submitting a question please take a moment to review other recent posted secrets. If your secret is a repeat of a recent post or theme it will unfortunately not be accepted by the community moderators. Originality is key. •1b. If your Post_Secret_ submission is just a rant, a plead for advice, etc and is not in the format of a post secret-styled question it will be immediately rejected by the community moderators. Leave your venting to related Post_Secret_ posts! •Please DO NOT post your question under "Screened Comments" or a Friends-Only lock, it automatically prevents community members from responding anonymously and with integrity if you do so! If you don't make your Post_Secret_ submission public it will automatically go into the reject pile. If this is the case, make it public and please resubmit it in the correct format. If your post is set to screen comments it will be deleted. If you continue to submit posts that are screened, the moderators will no longer accept any additional submissions from you. •After your post is submitted it will go to the mods who will then choose which ones to post to the community. •The members then comment anonymously. |
We sincerely hate wasting our energy banning, so please do your best to not force us to do so. Abusing the rules also refrains you from submitting any posts in the future as well. Not our idea of a good time. Please follow the rules accordingly, and we can all stay in each other's good graces. Fair enough?
