Rules
1. Meetings The book club will attempt to meet on the first Saturday of the month, but can be moved for holidays and schedule conflicts.

2. Book Selection: Books will be chosen a few months in advance to allow all members time to find a copy. All members are expected to contribute a variety of suggestions by posting to this community under the "suggestions" tag so that others can discuss suggestions - when consensus is reached, a book goes on the list. Each month, a member will choose a book from that list. We will also make an attempt to read different genres throughout the year to keep things from getting dull. The

3. Banned Books: We will not consider a book from the middle of a series unless it can easily stand alone. We have also created a list of banned books and authors, which each member is allowed to update with one author and book each year:

- Hawthorne [Jami]
- Dickens [Carol]
- Hillary Clinton [Amy]
- V.C. Andrews [Sarah]
