Welcome to _online_love_ :) This community is for those who have met their significant others online and want to share their stories, ask for advice, help others, and meet some wonderful new people! Feel free to join if you're in an internet relationship, have been in the past, or if you would like to know more.

Be nice! Don't criticize other people or start long arguments. Debates and stuff are fine, but it's no good to join a community with the sole purpose being to argue with people.

Promotions are neat, that's how we get discovered. Please promote communities in here ONLY if they are for communities related to relationships/online dating/relationship advice, etc. and only once a week.

When promoting another community with a promotion graphic, please place the graphic inside an lj-cut if it is larger than 150-150 pixels. It messes up the layout and makes the journal hard to load on slower computers.

The same goes for pictures of anything else - multiple pictures even 150x150 and under must also be placed under a cut.

If you join, please put the community on your friends list as well. This will help show who is active and it may also prove to be helpful if you need advice on something.

THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO COME LOOKING FOR A DATE If you do this, you will be banned. It's alright if you don't have a significant other that you meant online so long as you're offering support, though.

And last but not least, have fun!!! That's the whole point of the community :)
