When did we deny being black?
I really don’t see why this community was mentioned in this community debunkingoreos. I really find communities like that and the members in them very sad. Is it really that bad that you have to create a community to constantly degrade and ridicule people you don’t understand or people that think differently than you? I think most of the members in oreos are teenagers and they are growing and learning. And its really sad to have supposedly grown ass people in another community ridiculing them for venting.

Where does it say that we deny being black because we acknowledge being both – black and white?

I GET IT! I just don't need to continue to prove to whitey or myself that I know white people don't see me as an equal. I know how I am treated everyday by society. How people like you always reminding me that I'm not black or white everyday. It is you that doesn't get it! It is people like you that single me out from blacks. Nothing in or about this community should make you feel uncomfortable, threaten, or insulted if you are confident in who YOU are.
