The Burn Book
Rules:
after someone is entered in the application burn book, it will be entered in the official burn book. this means that NO ONE can burn them anymore and they are retired from being burned. this however DOESNT mean that we suddenly like this person. it just means that we want to hear you burn NEW people. be sure to check the burn book for updates. if applicants post a burn to someone entered in the burn book, they may be rejected on that basis alone.
