This is an open community but some things will be friends only so join! :)
I make layouts of all kinds.

please note that I (Jessica) DO NOT make graphics. the only program I have is MS paint so unless you want something simple like a text header or text added on a picture I will not make you a header. also I will not look for a header for you. thats not what I am here for. I'm here to make the layouts

-If I ask you to upload the image to your own server and put the site in the code, please do so because I dont want you to lose the picture if I delete it off my computer. If you dont know how to do so, ask.
-If I tell you to credit someone else for the header or backround, DO SO! I will be checking, please be courtious and credit the person who took their time to create the header
-Do Not take credit for any layout or header! that's just rude, I take my time to make them, or someone else did so dont be disrespectful.
