| About: | Welcome to the Life Makeovers LJ community (inspired by the same book by Cheryl Richardson). Every week I will post a 'challenge' for members to complete for their own self-knowledge and development. Users are encouraged to post their responses, hopes, and challenges both here as well as in their own personal journals (if they so desire). Members are also encouraged to share any links or tips/quotes that they find inspirational or supportive to the community's goals :) Members are required to respond to the personal challenges. Members not responding to a challenge for 3 consecutive weeks will be removed. Regardless of what week you find us feel free to jump right in :) Don't worry about past challenges :) As past challenges become relevant I hyperlink them or repost them :) Either way you're just fine :D There's no need to 'catch up' :) It is my dream that this will be a supportive 'safe zone' for people to confront their fears and overcome any and all obstacles in their way :) To this end this is a moderated community.
