We also provide projects and groups to help provide deeper understand of classes and majors, widening the range of job oppurtunities for our graduates!leaute)It's been at least a thousand years since KH2 was officially released, so I'm going to say that spoilers aren't going to be much of an issue anymore.
At any rate, I'm curious to see what you guys think about Leon and Aerith in KH2. I meant to post this a billion years ago, and, alas, we're just getting into it now.
Personally, I always considered Leon/Aerith to be one of my personal, guilty pleasure pairings that honestly didn't have much in the way of canon back-up. Of course, I was fine with that and was quite happy to just quietly ship them in my corner. However, after completing KH2, I'm not so sure that my OTP is so baseless anymore.
I'm not about to pull a bunch of symbolic proof out of my ass to support Leon and Aerith's eternal love or anything, but there was something about the way she teased him. Their interactions seemed much more personal, even playful despite the fact that they were still mainly fan service characters. And, of course, there was that look she gave him when he suggested that she might not be able to take care of herself. And that wasn't just any look. That was the "I've got you by your BALLS" look.
Plus, did you notice that Leon was smiling more often than a Leon should ever smile naturally? There's totally something up with that. Get laid much, mullet boy? :P
On a slightly more serious note, I'm not going to run around with signs sporting them as a canon couple or anything, but at the very least, even if I'm crazy and there weren't any sparks, their relationship was developed a more than it was in the original KH. They make a cute pair, and I'm glad I wasn't completely nuts back in the day. XD
