AboutWELCOME
This community was initially made for people interested in making layouts and for those people to share their graphics, icons, cool pictures, new communities and ideas etc. Since then it has turned into much more and has provided an astonishingly large ammount of help for those who need help with anything and everything lj. We have also filled hundreds of layout requests. We will not stop this but we are also going to be going back to doing what this community was made to do. Feel free to join if you have a layout to share, want to see other layouts without having to be rated, and want to meet new people in the process. I will offer my own constructive critisism and so can you.. Just keep the rules in mind when commenting on someone elses entry.

Keep in mind you can post your layouts here without having to be a designer/artist or a mod.. When you post your layouts i'll add them to the memories for others to use as they come along and view them.. If you have specific rules make sure to post them each time with your layout :)
RULES
1. Keep this at least somewhat appropriate. Use commonsense and good judgment when submitting graphics or icons. We don’t want feelings hurt or people offended.
2. No harsh comments about any other layouts, graphics, or icons submitted. You may exercise constructive criticism only.
3. Have fun with this. This is a community for sharing your work.
4. Anything livejournal can be submitted as well as photos, etc.
5. Post if you are having trouble with layouts and stuff. I will help as much as I can. Also, feel free to post anything cool that you can find in a “howto” article like cool transitions or text effects.
6. Post as much as you want. This is a fledgling community; the more post/member, the better. Tell all your friends!!!
7. Promoting is fine as long as your community is graphics/layout/icon lj related and not a "hotornot rating" community. Keep all large images under a cut or i will start moderating the posts. Do not spam your community. Promo limit: 1 per day per community. If you have more than one community to promote do it all in one post please.
8. NEVER post comments in my personal journal. For one, its friends only. Secondly its rude. I don't like it and i'll probably give you a good cussing.. but anyways.
