dozen female singers? What if they do covers of all
the greatest riot grrl bands such as The Gits, L7,
Bratmobile, Babes in Toyland, Bikini Kill , Hole
and more? You get what's about to be the most
talked about underground event the city has ever
seen. This very special night is part of the movie
premiere party of the Gits Movie and a vigil for
their front person, the infamous and sorely missed
Mia Zapata. There will be tons of giveaways
including two Daisy Rock Guitars, free makeup from

What does everyone think of the idea of having a Kathleen Hanna forum? The forum would be about Kathleen Hanna and ALL of her bands. (Bikini Kill, Julie Ruin, Le Tigre, etc.) Yes, I am very aware that this community is a forum for Kathleen Hanna, however, there are more Kathleen Hanna fans out there that are not on livejournal. If I get enough heads up for the idea, I will make the forum. If I don't get many replies to this post, then I will NOT make the forum.

I am thinking of using proboards or invisionfree for the forum provider. If anyone is interested in helping me out with the forum: layout, ideas, or being a moderator on the forum, Please let me know by replying to this post. i really dont know what to write....hello. im dhani. i just kinda stumbled on to this community and i adore kathleen and all her projects, but im mostly a bikini kill fan. i used to do vocals for a band that was kinda geared torward the same directrion. besides bikini kill i like alot of 50s rock 82 punk and crust. i mod at a community called tknockouts im a feminist a liberal and an animal activist. im lucky enough to have found a boy im dating now that is the only good man ive met and a proud feminist. i pretty much love him.

so we were talking about feminism....and i was explaining why i am a feminist, everytime i tell someone..i always have to explain...and it ends up in some fight.

me and a certain someone were fighting over how they think, I think all men are scum...they were justifying the words : All, Most, Some........they take it as if i know every guy in cali, and that means i think they're scum....no

my whole point was, there might be some good guys out there......but not enough....its the harsh reality, most guys don't get it and never will, just because they are good doesnt mean theres all like them!!!. I hate it when women have no self respect for themselvs, and i hate the way men treat them; and i kinda felt like he was trynna say guys can't do anything when its our fault.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR it all pisses me off im tired, i hate it when i cant explain myself <='( i hate it when people don't get me.

somtimes, men just won't admit in general its a hard world out there for us as it is for them.
