August is the Sunday of the year, seeming eternal and useless. Blech. At least in September you can start looking forward to a few random cool-downs, even if (where I live) it's late October before anything changes (leaves, weather forecasts, fashion).

I am over summer. It so doesn't agree with me. Heat index of 114 today! I feel like going to take an ice bath.
