Xx...1 Once you have joined, anyone can post. However...

Xx...2 Only accepted artists can promote other communities here. If you're not an accepted artist, don't try it!

Xx...3 Your post can contain other graphics, as long as it has at least one colorbar in it!

Xx...4 Always credit the maker of any bar you take.

Xx...5 NOTE: This community once had an artists program, where you could apply to be 'accepted' and gain greater posting access, such as in challenges. However now that things have slowed down, anyone can post and suggest/participate in challenges.
