| About: | There didn't seem to be a specific community for Jodie Foster, other than those for her films and/or directors. This is my attempt at rectifying that. Hopefully, this can be a place for discussion and the like about Jodie Foster, her films, her productions, and her talent. Feel free to add anything you wish to the community. I only ask that this not be a place for a free "drive-by" promotion of other communities. We should stay on topic as much as possible. She's had an incredible career. There should be ample material to discuss. Favorite Jodie Foster film............The Silence of the Lambs Favorite Jodie Foster role............Ellie Arroway in Contact Why you are a fan.....................Jodie Foster is intelligent, knows how to keep her private life separate from her roles, seems to be able to inhabit any part, from a hooker to a cop to a scientist, and really commands respect by articulating humbly all the ways she has been influenced without asking for entitlement. First Jodie Foster film seen..........probably when I was a kid. I think it may have been Tom Sawyer. Something you'd like to see here, improvements, discussion, etc...I'll leave that up to new visitors/members.  | ||
