Jennifer Lopez Gives Twins Concert Experience

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony put up a united front, showing off their cute twins Max and Emme on stage at Madison Square Garden on Saturday (February 14) in New York City.

The twins are getting so big so fast! They’ll already be turning one-year-old on Sunday, February 22!

Earlier in the evening, Marc performed a special Valentine’s Day show at MSG. Jennifer was seen cheering in the crowd like a mad woman with her former manager Benny Medina.

Jennifer Lopez is coming home.

The singer, dancer and actress is once again exercising one of her lesser-known roles: that of television show producer.

Lopez, according to several published media reports, has signed on to produce an English version of the Argentine telenovela "Rebel's Way," a kind of Beverly Hills 90210-style drama aimed at teens.

She will reportedly put her successful singing career on hiatus to pursue the new project. She has some experience in this field, having executive-produced Como Ama Una Mujer, a mini-series, for Univision in 2007.

The 39-year-old entertainer is one Hollywood's most powerful and wealthiest Hispanic women. She became a household name after starring as "Selena" in a 1994 biography of Selena Quintanilla-Perez , the slain Mexican singing icon.

Lopez began her career as dancer, including a stint as "Fly Girl" on Fox's breakthrough television hit variety show "In Living Color," which also launched the careers of Jim Carrey, Damon Wayans and others.

Now that we’ve covered a few of 2009's most anticipated comeback albums, especially those from T-Boz, Kelly Price and Silk, it’s time for part 2 of ‘Like I Never Left’.

Keeping in mind that we’ve got some ways to go, let’s dig right into eight more anticipated releases including the return of entertainment diva Jennifer Lopez and the long-awaited return of Maxwell !

“On The 6,” “This Is Me... Then,” “Rebirth,” and “Brave” are all albums that have been released since Jennifer Lopez hit the scene in 1999 so it seems fitting, 10 years later, that she release a Greatest Hits album right ?

According to Jennifer Lopez and Bryan Michael Cox, who spoke with Singersroom in November, Jennifer Lopez is doing just that.

Instead of releasing a normal Greatest Hits project, the former “If You Had My Love” singer is coming strong with a few new singles including a Bryan Michael Cox tinged cut, with hopes that she’ll reignite the fire she once had on the charts.

While little is known about Lopez’s “Greatest Hits” effort, sources believe the effort will allow Lopez to mount a comeback of sorts since her last album “Brave (2007)” was graded less than stellar. The effort, which was led by the single “Do It Well,” was given a C rating at Entertainment Weekly where Jonathan Bernstein wrote “Expensive beats and uplifting material are offset by listless vocals”.

Jennifer Lopez’s “Greatest Hits” is slated to hit stores sometime this Spring.

A recent night out at the theater to take in a viewing of the Broadway show In the Heights has reportedly resulted in Jennifer Lopez wanting to take part in the production.

A spy told Page Six that the diva has been on two dinners with Meryl Poster, producer for the show about Washington Heights. The two were spotted at NY eatery Nobu 57 last Friday.

Another spy claims that Lopez is more interested in a big-screen adaptation of the production, which is quite possible, given that Poster was one of the minds behind the film Chicago, starring Renee Zellweger and Catherine Zeta-Jones.

Ha! I used the word "behind" when talking about J.Lo. Her rear end is still inescapable, years after the Latin Explosion!

J.Lo Down With Claire and Greatest Hits Album

Jennifer Lopez is back on that promo tip. According to Marie Claire, J. Lo covers their latest issue in one of many upcoming new projects including her greatest hits album.

Expected to be released in April, J.Lo’s greatest hits album will also feature several new tracks. Bryan Michael Cox and Ryan Leslie are rumored to have contributed to the project.

A source with In Touch says “J. Lo can’t wait to make a huge comeback”.

The Latino Inaugural Gala is shaping up to be one mega-starstudded affair.

Jennifer Lopez is now set to ring in Barack Obama's presidency along with her husband Marc Anthony, who was confirmed with Paulina Rubio as a headlining performer earlier this week. It's not clear whether she'll be performing or simply appearing, but Jennifer Lopez will be joined by Spanish singer Alejandro Sanz, who definitely plans to belt out a few tunes in that hot, raspy voice of his for the President-Elect.

Also joining the party? Eva Longoria Parker, John Leguizamo, Oscar de la Hoya, George Lopez, Luis Guzman and Lila Downs. Which means that almost every celeb who appeared in the moving "Podemos con Obama" video during the campaign will be in D.C. next weekend for the Voto Latino hosted affair. D.C. is the new Latin Hollywood...at least for three days or so.

We're just waiting on a couple more big names to confirm, like Don Omar and Lin-Manuel Miranda. And yes, we're still hoping for Shakira, though it looks like she's holed up in the studio right now. Oh well--her loss!

RIO GRANDE, Puerto Rico: Puerto Rican-descent celebrities Marc Anthony and Jennifer López are currently about to close a deal and purchase an estate at the Trump International Golf Club Residences in Río Grande, Puerto Rico, according to several local real estate sources.

During their recent visit to the island, where they spent the Christmas holidays, New Year’s Eve and attended Governor Luis Fortuño’s inauguration, the couple also visited the estates, which are still under construction.

“The couple is interested in the Founder Residences, which are the developments first 56 homes and which will make them founder club members with perks such as access to private jet and helicopter and limo services,” a real estate source told Caribbean Net News.

Jennifer Lopez pencils in 'Plan B'

Jennifer Lopez has come aboard to star in the romantic comedy "Plan B" for CBS Films.

Kate Angelo penned the spec, which centers on a single woman who conceives twins through artificial insemination (her Plan B) only to meet the man of her dreams (her Plan A) on the very same day.

Todd Black, Jason Blumenthal and Steve Tisch are producing via their Escape Artists banner.

The producers are currently seeking a director as well as the male lead, with production scheduled to start in the spring.

"Plan B" is one of the first CBS Films projects to get a green light.

Black said that even with the pregnancy theme the movie had the potential to appeal across gender lines. "I'm really aiming to make a movie that's relatable to men and women. They can laugh super-hard and walk away being OK with their choices."

CBS Films topper Amy Baer noted that the material would take Lopez back to her core strength of the romantic comedy and also noted that the hyphenate giving birth to twins of her own would bring an added dimension to the role.

Lopez has starred in a number of comedy hits, including "Maid in Manhattan" and "Monster-in-Law." She had taken a break from her acting career to focus on her music career and on giving birth to her twins, which she did earlier this year, but is set to return to the big screen in the heist picture "The Governess" for Columbia, due out in December 2009.
