{Repost, I only got one vote in a week, Im pretty sure I fouled something up along the way..anyway, here it is.}

Name: Stephanie

Age: 15, 16 on New Years Eve.

Email address and screen name(s):
Scrnnme:Finatilyportston@comcast.net (My nickname from supposively being the what the child of Fred Flinstone and Natilie Portman would look like, strange, eh? )
AIM: GameinBohemien (For the obvious reasons. I love to play video games, rpgs mainly. And I consider myself to be bohemien of charecter. Whipping out my soapbox for whomever will listen. About Truth, Beauty, Freedom, and Love. *blushes*)

Have you read all the Harry Potter books? Which one is your favorite? I went slow with number 6, half savoring it, half terrified of it's inpending sadness.*FLASHBACK* "Noo, Dumbledore!!!" *Hagridtear*
The Goblet of Fire is my faveorite so far, deffinately. It's so complex and different from the preceeding books. I really liked the interaction with more of the wizarding community, like with the Quidditch World Cup, and the Triwizard Tournament. After all of the hardship from the first three books it seems as though the trio has finally reached maturity. Harry faces Voldermort in the most awful way yet, and wittnesses the death of Cedric, not to mention the his challenges preceeding it. Ron, though usually delightful in most every way cant hide his resentment, or envy for all Harry has and what he has never had. Hermione dates Krum, and , even if in a small way, confronts Ron about his feelings about her. "Flesh,Blood, and Bone." Possibly one of my faveorite chapters in any book ever. When the "shadows" of people statred comming out of Riddle's wand...Gah, talk about emotionally draining. I just found the fourth book most satifying. Scary, suspenseful, romantic and humorous with a refreshing splash of adolecent hormones.

Which character is your favorite? Which one is your least favorite? I really like Luna Lovegood, and Mrs.Weasley. It seems Luna is always in a world of her own. And I admire the fact the she doesn't let the people who taunt and toy with her bother her. I think I'm alot like her. Not in the spacey sense (spacey includeing her mild rudeness), but my mind does tend to wonder and I dream about fanticiful things frequently. I'm a very different indidivual. I usually have different outlooks and take intrest in bizzare things, be that they are dark, dorky, ancient or just plain stupid. :) And Mrs.Weasley is so kind and loveing, I just want to thank her for all the work she's doing for her family and for what she's meant to Harry.
Least favorite: Malfoy. SO ANNOYING. I'm sorry. But seriously, he really annoys the hell out of me.
And of corse T.M.R/ Lord Voldermort. Need I explain? He is the definition of horrible, in everyway. But I also hate Skeeter and Umbrige, come on, how mean can a non-murdering/non-voldermortloving person be?

Do you like the Harry Potter movies? I don't love them. They all well exceeded my very low expectations. It's just that I could never get as much out of a Hollywood 120 min. movie in comparison to a HP novel that has all the details in it. And something that really bothered me about the movies is that it seems like they beautified them to make them more apealing. I am looking foward to the fourth installment though, the teaser looked really nice.

If you were given an assignment from Prof. Snape that was due in three days, how would you go about doing it? (Procrastinate, a little at a time, not at all, etc.) I'd probably just do it and get it over with as soon as possible. Since I would loathe the class so, and I'm sure I would be terrified of Professor Snape.
( Well...unless he really did look like Colonal Brandon...)
With a the more simple, less intimadateing subject I would most likely wait until the last day. I'm horrible about that.

Which Quidditch position (if any) would you play if you went to Hogwarts? I wont deny that I'm not very good at sports, my mind tends to wonder at the most innoppurtune times. But if I had to I'd probably be beater, I can visualise myself giving a bludger a healthy wallop.

What would you see if you looked into the mirror of erised? World Peace? No I guess not.. I'd have someone who cared for me and loved me, and we would be away from it all. I have always been a dreamer, longed to go to exotic places, meet new refreshing people of different cultures and beliefes, and get away from all the normalty and complacent nature that sorrounds me. I am an introvert. I tend to be alone and read. I am a romantic person generally, and I'm outgoing if you take the chance to know me. Not that I'm saying I don't want to make friends, I think I'm a friendly person, it's just that I'm timid in meeting new people, I'd rather escape with old friends in a magical book. But I can't say I'm not brave in my moments when my very liberal side needs her say.

What do you believe in most? Would you die for it? Peace, and Love. I would die for either. I am a modern mennonite, it's a religion. I believe that under no circumstances is violence ever acceptable. Peace is so important to me. Fighting is ignorant, and useless. In my point of view, that is. And love, I mentioned above that I was a hopeless romantic, true love is what life is living for.I tend to need my trust in people earned, but I am in general a loveing person, and I would do anything for the people I love. It hurts me to know that are so many people are discrimated against, like homosexuals or transvestites. I feel so strongly that eveyone deserves to be loved and appreciated, and shouldn't matter what they do in their private lives. It's none of our fucking business! The same with race, religion, and blood relations.

How do you act when you go to a party? I'm shy, happy just to stay with my friends. I Don't like to be at parties with lots of people I don't know, exspecialy drunk or overly rambunctious people. I don't drink....well seeing as I am fifteen..but at most highschool parties it ,honestly, isn't that hard to
A find alcohol

or

B Get a hold of some variety of drug.

I'm not a particuarly strait and narrow person, but I can't image doing either. So I don't necessarily like to be around people who's personailty, judgement, and physical abilities are under the influence of those things. Call me crazy. But hey, I do have friends that drink, I mean, I don't HATE EVERYONE WHO DRINKS OR DOES DRUGS OF ANYKIND or anything..as long as they're level headed about it...Moutain dew/ Lime minutemaid /Margarita salt Margarita anyone?..Or Maybe a Latte? :)

What house do you think your best, and least suited for? I really don't know, I'm hopeing your opinons will help me. I'm torn between them all. I'm sorry. I've taken a lot of those puney quiz things and alot of times got Ravenclaw..but I'm talking about quizzes that have questions like:

"Given --------- situation what do think you would do?
A:Take on an entire evil legion single-handedly.
B:Join the evil legion to better your chances.
C:Save as many innocent Children and animals that you can.
D:Read a book about what is the smartest thing to do."

They aren't so dependable.

What form would your Boggart take? My boggart would take the form of a large, open door. Inside the door would be compleate darkness. But horrible sounds would come from it. I'm am most afriade of things I can't see. But I'd just shout "REDDICKULOUS!" And then it would turn into a sunshine filled room with only a big-eyed mouse operateing a gramophone. ha. In your face Boggart.

How do you apply yourself to your work? I work hardest in the subjects I enjoy. The subjects I don't do well in or dislike..well I don't have a positive out look on them. I sometimes give up on assignments completely but, I find a logical excuse for my inability to comply later. In the career sense I do what has to be done well, but I don't go out of the way for a job unless I enjoy it. My current job is so munotonus I just do what is nessesary and leave as soon as my time is finished.

What is thicker, friendship or blood? Companionship. Blood means nothing if there is no love behind it. To have companions that love and accept you, than by my standards they're considered as good as blood related.

What qualities of each of the houses do you believe you possess?
I think I'm careing enough for Hufflepuff.
I suppose I'm brave if I have to be like Neville Longbottom, and I think I'm up to give anything a shot for the protection of innocence.(Sounded like a Super hero line) (Gryffindor)
I tend to stretch the truth for creative reasons..like spiceing up a story, witch makes me feel like I'm decieveing, purely for the sake of being humorous, or makeing my life seem more appealing.(Slytherin)
I do love to immerse myself in books, and I am a pretty logical person.(Ravenclaw)

You and a few other people are in a bad situation, not all of these people are your friends. You can find a way out for yourself, but no-one else. Fight (for the others) or flight(save yourself)? Stay for the others. No doubt about it. So what if I don't like them? I can't see how anyone could be that selfish to not assist someone if they need help. And I'd want to be with them all the way, I could split off from them to find help..but even with the possibility I would be able to do that, I can't see myself deserting them.

How did you find us? If you were referred then who referred you? I wasn't referred. I just saw you listed on _sophonax_'s profile.

I can barely believe your intelligence (well, for a fifteen year old). It pleases me to think there might be a few Ravenclaws like you.
