Anyone looking for an inexpensive home in the Erie area? This one is only $4,000. It's a HUD property. It's located at 350 E 27th St in Erie, around the corner from Might Fine Donuts.

It needs work - the roof is patched but needs replaced soon, the furnace is old and won't last, no appliances, needs a paint job, etc.

Probably not a lot. Best bet might to to fix it up while you're living in it for a couple of years and then either sell it or rent it out.
