1. As he proceeded farther down the trail, his feeling of isolation grew. He was cut off, walled in on all sides. The sound of footfall after footfall became amplified; echoing off the walls of a lush, ornate prison. Gravel and detritus crushed underneath. Each step the death of a city, the death of a world.
The sound drowned out all others. He could no longer hear the sound of his breath heavy and irregular. Was he breathing at all?
2. Low over the hills came rolling clouds black and threatening. In dim light he watched her from behind, a temporary stranger. She stood transfixed, seeming to call the storm to her. It was apocalyptic and impressive. Durerian, if such a word could exist.
Death aproached; gracefully, glacially across the landscape.

I think I am definatly pms'ing because I have totally been doing everything on an impulse today.
I'm kinda obsessed with listening to crappy bands like metrostation today... so obsessed that I bought the cd..
Then I get to work and I spent $400 on clothes and shoes.. and really I only bought 7 things and a pair of new boots.
I think I'm going insane or I just really needed to go crazy today.
Anyways it felt good but now I'm scared to actually see how much money I have left. haha well.. maybe if I don't ever check my bank account I'll be ok.
At least I'll be looking fabulous!
hmm... now lets hope I have money for gas and food while i'm at school tomorrow.

I bought a bottle of Bulleit bourbon last week. I put the bottle on the floor next to my recliner and sit with a glass for about an hour before I go to sleep. It has a lot more bite to the taste than 1792, which is still my favorite, but it sits real well. Next week, at the shore, we'll be real good friends. I don't plan on doing the boardwalk or fancypants dinners/bars. I'm going to spend the week peerless and pennyless. I'll explore the beach and the towns. Mostly take in some soft music, and maybe make some of my own. See ya.

Heat. Damp air. It surrounded them, enclosing them. The van idled uncomfortably, shaking. The low fuel light had come on miles back and yet he had continued to push the accelerator to the floor at every green light spinning the tires on the moist asphalt, burning through what little gas must have been left.
"Shouldn't we stop and get more?" he asked cautiously. "Fuck it man", he answered, "we'll do it tomorrow." And so he relaxed his grip and nestled back into the seat, determined to enjoy the ride.

- i graduated.

new things are good.

i'm more in love with the song list than anything else. we're performing at Bayview this friday night. if you like to dance, then come. i won't be able to socialize, but i like it that way. it's weird, i've never been in a situation before where i've been expected to act professional on stage. i guess i'll manage. har. now i've gotta help make my other band more (stick-to-the) scheduled.
immediately following the show, i'm trucking it to the beach for the weekend. eat it.

Katch has been here for the past three days and it's been so fucking awesome! We got to spend the fourth of July together, and while it was kind of a bumpy day (Maggi sucks!), we got to watch fireworks (without kissing to make them appear... hehehe.) We've been into Starbucks enough times this weekend to pick up a paycheck, and we totally get that free drink star treatment.
This has been SO MUCH FUCKING FUN!!!!!!!!! =)
(yeah, so that was TOTALLY Katch on the last part. hehe.)
On our list of places we've gone together now are Lowes, Sears, Sebastian Inlet, the fountainy place at Royal Palm Pointe, and third base! just kidding. No such luck... hehehe.
One of the best parts of it is that metal is actually growing on Katch! Among her favorite bands are now Evergrey, Nonpoint, and Rage Against The Machine... we're making progress! Hehehe.
Comment and tell me how fucking jealous of us you are.
