click in the big red button in the middle of the screen (Inside the button is written あなたが選ぶ、２００７年ベストアーティストは誰？). A new window will pop up. In the first blank field, type Crystal Kay. Next, choose your age range (less than 9 years old, 10 - 19 years old, and so on). Finally, pick boy (男) or girl (女). You can press "enter" now and you'll see a new screen with "ご応募ありがとうございました。" = "Thanks for your vote".
