Ok, so I wasn't actually going to post anything today, as I am super-busy, but I am just so fuckin livid, I just have to tell me world. Read on, my lovlies:
On my lunch break at work, I walked over to Cold Stone, figuring I'll just grab a cake batter ice cream to go & bring it to the lunch room & read some magazines, which is what i usually do anyway (minus the gourmet ice cream). So I go into Cold Stone, on my cell phone mind you, and the guy behind the counter wouldn't shut his fucking piehole! Like I mean, the guy was interrupting my phone conversation to tell me about the other 10 zillion flavors I should try out today! I was like, "Um excuse me. Hi. I'm on the phone, with my friend that i've known since i was 6, who just got engaged. Just give me a medium cake batter to go, no i don't want the brownie shit, no i don't want a 'happy' waffle cone that's freshly made, and no i don't want to give my dad a $10 gift certificate on Father's Day to get artery-clogging ice cream. JUST GIVE ME THE CAKE BATTER AND LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!" Jesus Christ almighty! Whoever invented Cold Stone Creameries REALLY didn't do a good job doing research in the New York area, did he? We are NEW YORKERS, people! We do not want to be sung to, joyfully greeted, and have other people persuade us into getting more than what WE WANT. This is why i despise setting foot in any Cold Stone unless i REALLY get an urge for cake batter. I mean, who wants to hear your off-key vocals JUST for ice cream?? Not I. This shit might fly over in Kentucky (or any other hick state, for that matter), but not HERE. I mean, all i want is some freakin ice cream. Sheeh-KO-bibble, man.

OK...im relocating to another state in less than two weeks. to las vegas in fact, from the Dc metro area. so its kinda far u know. i wont see friends everyday anymore.
so........i had made dinner plans for two friends to come over. and they call the nite before to confirm and say they will be at my place around 730ish. so at 7:50 i have my brother call and see what time they will be here. they say 8:30. well at fuckin 8:13 i get a fuckin phone call that they are not coming!!!!
not only was i mad, bc i had all this food to cook that noone was gonna eat, but i was screwed as far as plans. i told them to let me know ASAP if they were comin or not and they wait till the nite before to confirm. and i had asked them to let me know ASAP so that way if they werent i could make other plans to see other people. u know u think your friends would be considerate to your needs!
but apparently fuckin not. so i was royally pissed. and it was some dumb ass excuse. one of them(it was a couple) wasnt feeling well. and bitch please, u know when u are sick. so whatever. they could have called earlier. or even, when my brother called at 7:50 to see what time they would be here why the fuck do u say 830 if u havent even left yet and u know it takes an hour to get my place? these are my friends, hahahahhaha!
so, they in return say sorry, we hope we can still see you before u leave. i in return say i will be busy and i will try to call, but cant promise and just hang up and dont even say bye.
i know thats rude and shit but i was pissed.

I joined a community last year in november, and everything was good. People were nice to each other. No one talked shit about you ect. ect. But recently, the shit has gotten out of hand. They have strikes! wtf? this isnt baseball. Now I understand when you have a large community you gotta have rules, or it will go downhill. But guess what I have 2 strikes, and let me tell you why.
The first strike occured when I forgot to put a pic behind an lj cut, when I fixed it 5 seconds later. But that doesnt matter I still had to get a damn strike.
The second strike came along when asked if anyone was selling a certain shirt, but I posted it in THE WRONG COMMUNITY so she deleted my post. *rolls eyes*
But over half the people there had shirts so i was asking.
This community is going downhill

So it's that stressful time of the year, finals, last minute papers, and graduation. (And let's not forget that I also have two jobs.) Anywho, there's this 50 year-old flippin INSANE woman at my 9-5 job that STILL doesn't know how this job works! I mean, it's pretty much just customer service...and other people that actually have a brain have other data entry shiz & other job tasks as well. Not only that, but she makes up things that she has done/been in the past. Here, an example-
Me: "Yea, so I'm dating this drummer in a band now, he's 30, his name is Mark."
Madeline: "Oh yea, I was a drummer in a band once."
Me: "?"
Another time, we where talking about American Idol in the office:
Nancy: "Yea, that Carrie chick, she can really belt one out, huh?"
Madeline: "Oo0o0h yea, I used to sing professionally back in the 70's."
Nancy: "But didn't you say that you were over in Ethiopia feeding the starving children in the 70's? Or was this before you became a doctor AND a lawyer all in the same week?"
I wisely stayed out of THAT lovely convo.
And not only that, I stupidly hooked her up with a job at the Crescent Club (my weekend job). I felt bad that she has like no money, and her husband died (she prolly drove him to suicide), and well, she's effin coo-coo for CocoaPuffs! So0o0o now she always expects me to drive her to the weekend job, and my ass ain't waking up early for spaced out Madeline to waste $80,000 worth of MY gas money. Call a cab, you bloodsucking maggot. Like working customer service sometimes isn't brain-cell killing enough, I have to work with someone that reminds all of us what it's REALLY like to be out of their bird. Out of their bird.

I'm getting married next year. All of my posts disgust everyone except me, but that's ok. So I'm in a wedding planning community, and I never realized how much more annoying than me people could actually be.
One post asked if she should have 24 tables or 25. I'm sorry, but when did ONE TABLE become a fucking dilemma? Hmmmmmmmmmm...I'll have to get back to you with my answer. That's a toughy!

Okay...gripe time.
Y'know what, I like to think of myself as a fairly responsible and considerate fellow. I may on the odd occaision procrastinate returning calls and emails to Government bodies such as the Tax office or Social security, after all they are all a bunch of cunts, I'm sure we all agree on that. I almost never procrastinate when it comes to dealing with art matters or friends, or even friends of friends.... i always try and do the best I can for those who need it.
Recently I've been busting my butt for various causes and have been running around organizing exhibitions and other time intensive bollocks like that. I have sent out SQUILLIONS of emails and NOT ONE OF THE FUCKERS HAS REPLIED TO ME!!!!! I shit you not... what the fuck is wrong with people?! These aren't just individuals either...these are professional companies and they haven't even got ther decency to email and say, "Got your email, busy right now, get back to you." four friggin' weeks go by and not a peep!!! I've got shit to organise you arseholes...GIVE ME SOMETHING!!!!
I think is endemic in society today... its the fucking ME generation, sitting on their fat overpaid under-educated arses, listening to the echoes in their empty fucking heads, bitching because they're not being appreciated for their ordinariness..... CUNTS!!! I tell you....Fucking Cunts!!!!!!
