Noob here [18 Apr 2008|07:11pm] Hi, quick question for more experienced backpackers. Me and two friends were planning on saving up some cash and going to Europe to bum around on the road for a while, possibly a few months, we'll see how it goes from there. My question is what are some cash saving tips and how much money(Canadian) would you recommend we each save for going to Europe? Australia. [18 Apr 2008|10:08pm] I've decided to spend a month this summer in Australia, and I was wondering if anyone knew the best tour group there? I was looking at Contiki, but they seem pretty expensive. Has anyone had any experience with Groovy Grape? Any interesting things I should see for sure while I'm there? I plan on mostly hosteling it, but I hope to spend about a week in Perth with my friend, other than that I'm wide open itinerary-wise. 10 comments|post comment
