Lohan's a hotelier's worst nightmare

Lindsay Lohan threw such a hissy fit at a hotel where her boyfriend stayed with another woman that the “Mean Girls” star was reportedly asked to leave the hotel.

Calum Best checked into Manhattan’s trendy Soho Grand with a pretty young woman who was not Lohan, and the actress shortly checked in with another guy — some believe to make Best jealous. Lohan tried to telephone Calum, but didn’t get in touch with him, so she went out partying until 1:30 a.m., reports Star, then returned to the hotel and collapsed in the lobby.

“She was writhing on the floor and everyone could see that she wasn’t wearing any panties,” an insider told the tab. Lohan’s date and bodyguard seemed so appalled by the scene that they didn’t do a thing to help her, a staffer told Star, and so the hotel’s night manager carried Lohan to her room.

The drama didn’t stop there. Lohan repeatedly telephoned Best’s room, and at one point, went to his door and banged on it. He came to the door and opened it a bit, she peeked inside and saw the woman there. “She went cuckoo,” a source told the tab. “She yelled at him, slammed the door and banged on it some more.”

Lohan was reportedly escorted back to her room, but after various other escapades, at 5:30 a.m. she was asked to leave the hotel — and checked out at 6:30 a.m.

Alcoholics Anonymous member Lindsay Lohan has lined up Svedka vodka to sponsor her 21st birthday blowout in Las Vegas, a rep for the brand confirmed to us yesterday.

It's part of a deal that could net the star up to seven figures for the July 2-3 celebration. That's even before the Wonderland rehab center she attended gives her a refund.

Other partners include Pure nightclub, Caesars Palace (which is providing a "specially designed" suite) and the Social House restaurant at Treasure Island.

In the pay-to-play world of celebrity events, Vegas nightclubs alone have been known to offer up to $400,000 to land a top name.

Lindsay's mother, Dina, has confirmed she is involved with AA. So, in view of the circumstances, is having a vodka maker sponsor the first birthday of legal drinking age a great idea?

Her rep said, "I am unaware of who is sponsoring Lindsay's birthday, as I am not the one planning it."

But Lohan's lawyer Mike Heller confirmed the vodka deal. "This should be one of the best parties ever," he told Us Weekly.

You all remember that Dylan Thomas film, The Best Time of Our Lives (now renamed The Edge of Love), where Linds was supposed to co-star alongside Keira Knightley? Well, she's dropped out due to "contract disagreements" and has been replaced by Sienna Miller. It also seems like she barely read the script, as those "lesbian rumors" were really nothing more than rumors.

I know, it's all old news, but if you ask me, it is a major upgrade. And it's definite proof Lindsay's career really has went down the toilet. You know things are bad when Sienna Miller, who's also major tabloid fodder herself, replaces you in a movie. Admittedly, I'm not much of a Sienna fan, but at least she actually seems serious about wanting to be taken seriously as an actress instead of going the familiar route of Lindsay's by cleaning up for a minuet and then falling face first into the curb in a drunken stupor and crying that no one takes her seriously AGAIN.

Even better yet is that Lindsay won't be anywhere near Cillian Murphy, who I personally love, and he plays Keira's husband in the film. I, for one, just can't stomach the idea of him being associated with her, plus I can really see Lindsay stalking Cillian, even though he's married and has a child and the whole shebang.

Top stars including JACK NICHOLSON and MORGAN FREEMAN have all told their agents to turn down flat any movie with her name on it.

The old guard think she is just a stupid minor celeb who brings shame on their profession and hope that if they stick together she will get shut out. [Countdown to end of career...10...9...8...7...]

Meanwhile, she’s just as unpopular at her Alcoholics Anonymous group. Their meetings are supposed to be secret — hence the name — but when Lindsay goes to her group she always has a string of snappers in tow.

Understandably, the other recovering boozers feel they are being compromised.

Lindsay Lohan, 20, has entered rehab, the actress confirmed in a statement, released on Wednesday by her publicist Leslie Sloane.

"I have made a proactive decision to take care of my personal health," Lindsay said in the statement, released by her publicist Leslie Sloane. "I appreciate your well wishes and ask that you please respect my privacy at this time." A source tells Star, Lindsay entered L.A.'s Wonderland rehab facility.

Shortly after Lindsay's statement was released, her manager-mom Dina told Star’s David Caplan, "I'm so proud of her. She's really in a good place right now, spiritually and mentally. She's in an amazing, phenomenal place. She's 20 and she's solid, and she's doing what she needs to do. I don’t know that many people who are that secure. It's all about her, and getting back on track. She's fine — she’s amazingly fine."

Meanwhile, another source tells Star exclusively that Lindsay checked herself into rehab after an intervention with her family and executives from the movie she’s working on, I Know Who Killed Me. “The movie executives said they had a major issue with getting her insured for the film and threatened to sue her for between for between $3 million and $5 million for the delays her constant absences were causing on the set,” the source tells Star. “Lindsay’s family and other people she works with sat down with her last night and convinced her she had to go into rehab to save herself professionally and personally. She couldn’t afford to have another letter come out about how she was being unprofessional and missing work on the set.”

Lindsay has been in a rapid decline, health-wise, since leaving the hospital on January 5, after having her appendix removed, adds the source. “She left the hospital with several painkillers on her; that was her downfall -- she was using the painkillers and continuing to go out and drink. She woke up each morning exhausted and feeling sicker than ever.”

The source adds that the rehab facility where Lohan is staying -- the $1,750 per day Wonderland Center in Laurel Canyon, just outside downtown LA -- will allow Lindsay to continue working on her movie during the day. She will check into the facility but will be allowed to leave during the day, and will return to the rehab clinic in the evenings and on the weekend.

December 18, 2006 -- LINDSAY Lohan is suffering for her art - that is, suffering bruises from dancing on a stripper's pole to prepare for her role as a topless dancer in her new movie, "I Know Who Killed Me."

Lohan, 20, who sometimes forgets her underwear in real life, has been taking classes in the art of undressing - and she got a lesson in occupational hazards.

An e-mail she sent to pals last week has the subject title: "They're all whores, they're all whores . . . xcept for some obviously!" Lohan wrote in the note, "So . . . 3 hours of pole dancing and bruised. everywhere . . . I mean we're talkin' like, UPPER AND INNER THIGH ACTION-bruised . . . like a walking black-and-blue mark.

"I mean really though, really, I didn't know it was actually possible to have bruises in such areas of the body. Strippers dude, I tell you, I really respect the c**ts now. . . I'm not gonna lie to ya."

Lohan's rep, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, said, "She's been in rehearsals for the film and has been taking classes from Sheila Kelly." Kelly developed the famed "S Factor: Aerobic Striptease Workout and Pole Dancing."

"Her character is a stripper, and she now realizes that the job isn't easy. We should give these women credit," Zelnik told Page Six.

Lohan faces five more weeks of bruised thighs while she completes the picture, but that hasn't stopped her from going out. She's gone to clubs in L.A. almost every night during shooting. But, much to her friends' and family's relief, she hasn't been drinking and has been making it to work on time.

An inside source said, "When the shoot is over, she is going to focus her attention 100 percent on staying sober and building a more fruitful life." Lohan may also move back to New York in a bid to get away from "the toxic L.A. scene with all those toxic people."

Sadly, Lohan seems to be as addicted to those "toxic" people - including her "frenemy" Paris Hilton - as she is to parties. She was out Thursday night partying once again with Hilton, whom she alternately swears she hates and loves.

The only reason guys flock to her is because they know she's easy and desperate. I was watching the disney channel the other day with my little cousin and the parent trap came on...I couldnt stand five minuets...NOT FIVE MINUETS!!! She gives actresses a horrible name. In a blockbuster world exclusive story, The ENQUIRER has learned that an out-of-control Lindsay Lohan overdosed on a deadly cocktail of cocaine and painkillers on Nov. 12.

A doctor raced to Hollywood's Chateau Marmont after a friend of the 20-year-old actress found her unconscious in a drug-filled hotel room.

Although the doctor was able to revive the hard-partying star, he was horrified to discover a "stash of cocaine and a pile of prescription drugs" in the room, an insider told The ENQUIRER exclusively.

The doctor flushed the cocaine down the toilet and bagged up seven different prescription drugs, according to the insider.

"The doctor insisted, 'This girl had a serious drug overdose. She has to go into a hospital and then into rehab.'"

Lindsay refused to be treated at a hospital or enter rehab.
