Who is going to buy this? [Sep 30, 2008 * 4:26pm] mikeyed The Home Movies 10th anniversary box set. It's pretty expensive and I would guess most people who really love Home Movies already own the individual seasons. This makes me angry, but also confused as to how lame the extras are. Like I'd totally buy a collector's set if it came with: swords a six pack of black hole brew a really nice t-shirt or two (of anything) fake chaquita banana lady tattoo a Mcguirck bust Wizard's Baker action figures Skunk scout's uniform anything "signed" by: Brendon Small Jon Benjamin (sp?) Melissa (last name?) Stephen Lynch The other guy on the commentary pictures of Brendon Small from Playgirl anything except a tote bag Why? What happened. What the fuck is a "Exclusive Home Movies Director's Clapboard"? I'm so confused as to why this was a necessary thing to include. I'd rather have a picture of a fat Brendon Small with the words "I'm hungry hot!" in Comic Sans next to him. God, merchandise could not get anymore useless. read (1) comment

Mr. Kenk’s legacy now fills a former police garage with a leaky roof. Organized by brand name and mostly resting on their handlebars, wheels pointed upward, are 2,396 of the bicycles that police say Mr. Kenk either stole or arranged to have stolen.  All I could think of is Assy McGee. comment

Well, here's an idea! If you can promise us just 4 five-hour shifts, we'll cover your badge. Security is going to need more people this year, as we are trying to keep up with the explosive growth of the con. So, if you're a local then this would be a great way to enjoy the con for nothing more than the cost of gas money from your house and back. We can even work your shifts out so that you don't miss any of the great programming you want to attend. If you would like to volunteer for security staff, please comment here with your preferred method of contact, or contact mdsmaddog. We are a really friendly bunch of folks, and working secuirty is a totally unique con experience that  somehow seems strangely addictive for a lot of us. My favorite being Master Shake because he just says dumb stuff! They always make me happy when I listen to them. So to spread some hunger love I decided to upload some of my Aqua Teen episodes on my computer. This episode is about Shake stealing a T-shirt from a god on a museum trip. The shirt shrinks after meatwod washes it, and Shake is forced to give it to him. But meatwod goes overboard after crushing Carl's house and setting Santa Claus on fire.
