Haven't posted in nearly 2 weeks. Just realised I've eaten more than 2/3 of a box of ricola pearls. Oh dear... "Excessive consumption may induce laxative effects" =(
Cosplay
Ordered and made payment for my wig from Taobao for EOY. And also 3 other wigs(tentative cosplays for 2009). I don't want to take the risk of batch order with others and mess up my orders. As I didn't have Taobao payment and didn't want to use bank order(?), I got a middleman who accepts PayPal. Things were pretty messed up as the seller gave me the wrong price for adding thickness. After I paid the middleman and the middleman paid the seller then the seller said need additional 15RMB for 140cm adding thickness. Middleman told me he has paid the additional extra and asked me to confirm with seller. Just pray that my orders get through to the seller correctly without delays. I'm hoping middleman to receive the orders by mid-November and me to receive before end-November as I still need to style the wig.

Work
Work will be intensive starting from next week and last for 4 weeks. My manager has assigned 3 assistants to me due to the short timeframe and the heavy work required. By hook or by crook, it must be ready then, no room for delays. AWS should be by December. I'm depending on this extra boost as I overspent this month!
Extra-curriculum courses
Pilates for Beginners@Braddell Heights was delayed and will commence on this Thursday and be changed to Stretch and Tone(WTF?). Attended another cycle of Skin-care and Make-up last Tuesday. Full class of 22 students from all walks of life.
Income
Started a mini business on ebay. Spent 2 months to stabilise it as I was testing the response of the market and building a little reputation. Now that it's on the road(I just need to use the "Sell Similar" function for the same items, check in occasionally to answer enquiries and send invoice 1 week later), prices have gone steady. Expected monthly income boost until end of the year - $160 to $300(yes not a lot but better than nothing, mini mah). Current on-hand stock should finish by end of the year, I'll decide what else to do then XD

...call me dumb, but I never knew that Machine Gun Fellatio broke up back in 2005, omgwtf D: No wonder I haven't seen anything from then in ages... and now I'm even more pissed that I couldn't see them at the Unibar when they played there back at the beginning of 2005... it was an over 18s show (haha so not surprising, considering...) and I was still 17 at the time... though my birthday was the fucking week after the show. Epic fail ._.
But yeah, I hadn't even thought about them in ages until I was randomly checking my old yahoo account (...I don't want it to expire again, it gets heaps of newsletters and shit that I signed up for years ago that I still vaguely care about) and I noticed I had newsletters about Pinky Beecroft (I think I signed up for an MGF newsletter thingo once upon a time...) and yeah. He has a new band though (Pinky Beecroft & the White Russians) so I added them on myspace... it's not MGF, but at least he still sings Unsent Letter, coz that song is amazing (though it doesn't quite sound the same now, but it's still the same song). That's where my journal title comes from, btw :D It's also the name of his new album, too.
Wow, I can't wait to tell mum. We used to love watching Pinky on the Glasshouse (I still can't believe they axed that. Yes I know it was years ago but I'm epically in withdrawal even now, especially after the Gruen Transfer finished so now I get no weekly dose of Wil at all. Something would be better than nothing, ABC. *cry*) coz he was hilarious. You could never tell if he was drunk, stoned, or possibly both xDDDD

I guess I'll find another 300-level compsci next year, and fill up the other 300-level credits I need with IACT subjects... no coding there, just essays and shit. I'd rather bullshit than group work, omfg.

It's also accompanied by a cute engrishy blog that made me flail at his cuteness >w< Seriously, he's cavity inducing sweetness. If/when BLOOD ever come back I'm so hugging him to death, honestly, he's adorable. He really seems to think a lot of SiSeN x3;; And I totally knew it was him eating takoyaki with SiSeN in that (incredibly dorky) pic SiSen put up even though I never got a reply from anyone when I was all "hey I know that pink hair" in the comments. As for uni... it's getting there, slowly. We present our 318 thing on tuesday (assuming the program actually works so we can finish the project) and after that all I have to do is study may arse off for that, really. 321 Project is still raping my arse but it has been all year so meh. Tradeshow is creeping closer... omfg. We got our poster printed (A1 size, babeh!) and it's pretty awesome, if I do say so myself xD;; Except for one funky bit around the UoW logo, but I think that's just how the pdf handled the transparencies or something... similar stuff happened to Jess, so at least I'm not alone. And it's not worth reprinting it just for that, so meh. And jap is... getting there. I really should sort out those listening tasks (hell, I should have already done them) but... gah.
