question!!! [07 Jan 2006|01:17am] Is it safe to take to diet pills containing ephedra? One pill contains 10mg. I weigh 134 and I am 5'2. I am contemplating taking one early morning and one late afternoon/ evening. Any advice at all would be of great help.
