Obviously, I'm looking for some friends. New account, but not a new LJ-er. I've just taken a year-long hiatus and feel like starting fresh.

I'm Amanda, but most people call me Nicole. I'm an Ohio native, so that means I always complain about the weather in the winter.

Okay let's get the basics out of the way, the name's Jasmine I'm 18 and I'm from the UK. I'm not obsessed with social class, my teeth aren't that bad but I do love tea. I have finished high school and hope to begin university next year studying English and German.

My livejournal consists of postings on my life with the odd revelation, random info and reviews thrown in for good measure. I cannot function without something to read. My name is Mihael. I'm seventeen years old. I'm currently taking time off in between high school and college (where I will major in forensic psychology and minor in criminology, if anyone cares to know), so I have a lot more free time than I used to and would like to add some more people.

Everyone I know would describe me as a very intense person, so if intensity is not your thing, we probably wouldn't get along well. I have a very black and white personality, yet I see almost everything in different shades of grey. I'm extremely devoted to the people and things I love. I'm very volatile and I feel and react to things very strongly.

I place a great deal of importance on my fandoms. If fandom mentions will bother you, then don't bother adding me. I'd say my journal is an even balance between fandom and non-fandom things. I'm very into anime/manga (mostly seinen series like Death Note, Black Lagoon, Noir, Gankutsuou, et cetera) and film (action movies or thrillers, like Fight Club, 8MM, and Kill Bill), so I'll talk about that a lot. If you want a list of the anime series and film that I love, see my userinfo.

As a commuter, I also read a lot and will usually mention whatever book I'm reading at the moment. I'm not really into fantasy at all, but I adore Harry Potter and am starting to get into the His Dark Materials series. Basically, I'm starting to be more open to fantasy-esque things at the insistence of my friend. :]. I also enjoy things people generally mock me for, like Sex and the City, but don't judge! D:.

my name is laura. i'm 20, and i'm a photojournalism major. i live in alberta, canada. i work during the summer, as a marketing agent and web design/graphics designer for a real estate firm. i also do freelance photography weekly for several well-known papers and magazines in my city. i own my own company for photography which specializes in live events, specifically bands. i do a few local acts, but i prefer to stick to bigger events. i shoot warped tour and taste of chaos yearly, and lots of other individual artists who come by on tour. i work with local bands in my city as well.

i've had a livejournal for several years now. i'd pinpoint the exact date, but i can't remember all my old livejournal names. this is by no means a new journal of mine. i simply have had it so long, i'm looking for some more fun, active and interesting friends.

hello. i'm kyla and i'm a 21-year-old senior at marshall university in huntington, wv. if you have no idea where it is, think matthew mcconaughey, he was in the movie "we are marshall", which is about my school.

anyway, i've been on LJ for about 5 years and recently decided to delete over half of my friends list because they were all inactive journals and now i'm interested in making new friends. i like reading, writing, music, video games, and movies. i'm going to school to become a journalist, so journalism is also a huge part of my life. i have been a reporter and an editor for marshall's student newspaper.

i usually post photos of my friends, boyfriend, family, pets, and myself. i talk about my life, and i ask for advice when i need it.

i'm not really too picky with who i add, as long as you don't have terrible grammar and don't type your entire entry as one super long paragraph.

I graduated from high school in 2006 and went to SCAD that fall. i had a brief stint at Georgia State University and recently came back to SCAD last spring. I'm an Orientation Assistant at the school so if you've heard of it and are considering SCAD you can ask me about it, cause i know TOO MUCH about the school. BTW i'm a sound design major. I work at Ruby Tuesday's in Pooler and i do just about everything except the salad bar. I just got my first tattoo. I like photography and I'm trying to remember to post more pictures. Im obsessed with Josh Groban and musicals, but i don't write about them much.

I don't really have any restrictions on who I'll add. I like meeting a diverse bunch of folk, and i'm a pretty open-minded, liberal person so that should be kept in mind. Hey. I'm not going to tell you my real name. Not on here anyway. I'm 22, I'm female and I'm Canadian. I'm told by EVERYONE I know who has seen the movie Juno that the character playing her is pretty much an exact copy of me, personality-wize. I'm a college graduate and I'll be going to university this september to start a 4 year program of Criminology and Justice. I'm not sure yet whether or not I want to be a police officer or a correctional officer, but I've got 4 years to decide. My humour is very sarcastic, dry, but very witty. I suffer from Bipolar Disorder and PTSD, I'm bisexual, VERY liberal. I'm pro-choice, not religious in the slightest, and i see the world in black and white (red too sometimes when I get really pissed off). I have no problems with pre-marital sex or sex in general. However, I believe polygamy, cheating, lying and any form of deception that can hurt people is wrong. Dont judge me. Respect me, and I will respect you.
