READ THE FUCKING RULES

[1] DON'T PROMOTE HERE. There's tons of promo communities out there for that. kthx.

[2] Only accepted members can vote on the applications.

[3] You cannot post anything until you are accepted. The first post you make will be your application. If you are rejected, get out

[4] MOD votes count as two.

[2] Fill out the application and post it within 48 hours.

[3] Post your application & pictures behind a LJ cut. (It's already in the application. But.. If you don't know how, look at the live journal FAQ.
