heyla, i've only recently had my eyes opened to the joys of green wing, but in the week since i first saw it (yep, 7 short days was all it took) i'm completely hooked. and i adore sue. my current favourite moment would be the 2 buttons in her office - 1 to point out the particular issues with holly that upset her, the second to get the girl out of her office.

if only i had those buttons. my life would be so much more fun.

I'm well aware that nothing seems to be happening here, but I'm joining anyway because I'm slow and have I nothing better to do :)
Anyway, I think the moment back in the first series when she announced that she wears dead people's clothes to save money was the turning point for me. And the most recent episode just was, quite simply, a Sue White episode :D

Joanna: What do you want?
Sue: Couple of things: for you to know your place
Joanna: *sigh* ...yes. And?
Sue: I want to fly. Like a bird. Like a plane.

Sue: (French accent) Oh, monsieur, you must be more carful wis your camcorder tapes!

(Whenever Caroline tries to talk to Sue signals for her to be quiet and carries on typing. After a while she looks up and looks shocked)

Hello

I have nothing interesting too add really.
I'm from New Zealand and we should be seeing episode five this friday at 9:30.
i went to visit my cousin's for the first time in about 8 years and we ended up watching Green Wing togeather last week.
The best show ever.

1) You must salute at every squirrel you see.

We don't have squirrels here. What animal may be used as a substitute?

3) Be kind to camels.

Do i get extra brownie points if i bring a horse to work? I know it's just not a camel, but we don't have them either.

5) If your mobile phone rings, don't answer it. Dance.

and it's funny. because i do.

Anyway, Sue White is my favourite character and i am suitably obsessed with Green Wing.

Wow that really is all i have to say.

Channel 4 Advert clip with M.G.

Newbie here! But there I was watching ER tonight and during the add break, one of those channel 4 self promotion-y type adverts came on. (Basically loads of different stars from all of Channel 4's shows). Mid way through Michelle Gomez flashed on, sitting in a deck chair, and her line was "on the eve of my 16th birthday" (or something very very similar to that).

Now what can that mean lol? All the stars in the clip were saying ages between 14 and 22. I shall leave you lot to speculate!

A pleasant surprise to see, mid way through yet another good ER episode.

LOVE sue white she she is probably my favourite greenwing character.She has done too many cool things to even pick a favourite but today i can't get the image of her dancing to her ringtone out of my head :)
