General:
[01] Do Post huge promotion signs. (700 x 500 or visa versa, I can tolerate a little larger, but please use common sense.)
*Don't post more than one promotion for the same community in an entry.
*Don't post more than 2 promotions per day.
[02] I am not responsible for anyone else's sales but my own.
[03] You may post descriptions of your items but you must ALWAYS HAVE A PICTURE of the item you're going to sale.
[04] Do not post off the sales related topic. (Only sales related journals and communities can be promoted.)
[05] DO NOT SALE ILLEGAL ITEMS.
*No burnt CDs, DVDs, or tapes/VHS. Don't promote/sale narcotics/drugs or weapons of any kind!!! No knives, guns, shanks (lol), or stuff along those lines.
*If you attempt to sale these things you will be banned from this community and I personally will report you to the LJ abuse team.
[06] Please use LJ-CUTS for all entries with over 2 or 3 pictures. Stick to small pictures as well. (Feel free to re-read rule number one. For some reason people keep ignoring that rule. I'm sorry but, by posting huge signs and multiple signs you're taking up the home page in this community and other people's friend page space. I'll usually warn you, but sometimes I'll just delete your post.)
FRAUD POLICY
I take abuse reports very seriously. Chances are if you are reported as a fraud it is for a reason. I must take immediate action. You will be banned from the community until further notice and an investigation will follow. I will also keep announcements and lists of fraudulent users. If your investigation turns up clean, proper action will be taken to clear your name.
Helpful tips to avoid fraud charges:
* Mail promptly.
* Insure your mailed packages and get delivery confirmation.
* Pay for items via pay pal immediately after purchase. (It's also a very secure way to pay.)
* COMMUNICATE with your customer! Most of the time these misunderstandings can be solved with simple communication! Have your contact information available to your users. I recommend an email address that you check often. It's not wise to give out your phone number or mailing address publicly over the internet.
FRAUD REPORT POLICY
DO NOT REPORT A FRAUDULENT CHARGE IF YOU ARE UNSURE! Reporting someone as a fraud is a serious charge and can do horrible damage to their business. If you are unsure then you should investigate first or report them to the LJ abuse team to be investigated. If you intentionally report an innocent as a fraud I will come down on you more harshly then God would. Fraud is a serious offense. Fraud, in a sales community, is thievery. Wrongfully accusing someone of stealing is also thievery. You are taking potential customers away from that person. So please take proper measures to ensure that your suspicions are accurate before reporting someone as a fraud.
IT IS NOT MY JOB TO INVESTIGATE YOUR SITUATION! If you've been a victim of fraud then take the proper measures with PayPal, LJ, ebay or whatever authority you need to report to. I simply want to make people aware the the situation so that any further incidents can be avoided.

I will post a comment to you if I can and let you know the reason you are being banned. If for some reason you have no clue as to why you are banned or feel that you were wrongfully banned then please read over the rules again and make sure you didn't break any of them. And if you still don't see it, which you should, then take notice of your avaliable actions:

[04] I only ban if there is a real problem. So please only contact me if you really don't know why you were banned.
