NEWS/UPDATES
12/19/05 --> we (finally) have two new mods today,

curiousfantasy. we also have over 1,000 members now. yay!

RULES
- the only thing to be posted in here are friends only banners. do not post icons, non friend's only banners, color bars, etc etc. promotions for other communities may only be included with your Banner submissions, and the community must be graphic related. No making posts just for advertising, no advertising in responses. Repeat offenders will be banned.
- if you have a request, find a post by someone saying that they are still taking requests. Do not make a post asking for someone to do it, it will be rejected.
- credit when asked.
- reply if you're taking a banner.
- do not ask if someone will make you an icon/layout etc etc. this is called "______FObanners" for a reason.
- DO NOT ask for help on how to put the banner in your journal. if i ever feel nice enough, i may make a tutorial, but i don't feel like it, so STOP ASKING.

POSTING
- place ALL banners under a friends cut.
- specify if you allow/don't allow direct linking and if you would like credit to be given when used.
- if you're posting to say you're taking requests, don't forget to either strike out the entry and/or change it to saying you're no longer taking them when you're done taking requests. Otherwise you'll continue to get swamped.

REQUESTING
- you must find a post that is still active by a graphic maker saying that they are taking requests. No you cannot make your own post asking someone to make one.
- credit when asked, concider crediting when it's not mandatory.
- if the graphic maker doesn't already have their own form inside the post, here's a general idea of what to post: URL to image, what you want it to say, colors, y/n boarder, size.
