This is a community for people who want to take part in a 10 day "fast". It is not a "true fast" It is really just a severe restriction.
Day1- 25 cals
Day2- 50 cals
Day3- 75 cals
Day4- 100 cals
Day5- 125 cals
Day6- 150 cals
Day7- 175 cals
Day8- 200 cals
Day9- 225 cals
Day10- 250 cals
The use of vitamins is STRONGLY encouraged.

RULES
1) No "wana" behavior. If you have an eating disorder that is okay but (For example)don't say you are an anorexic if you do not fit the criteria.
2) Yes this is the internet but try to be as correct in your language as possible. If you make a mistake that's fine but don't purposely mistype things.
3) Serious members only. If you slip up on the fast then it is okay. However, no one needs to join who knows that they are going to continuously slip up.
4) NO HARRASMENT. IF SOMONE POSTS SOMETHING THAT IS AGAINST THE RULES THEN THE MODERATORS WILL HANDLE IT.
At the bottom of your post please put what day you are on so that we can keep track of each others progress
