Ξ Went to Virginia Beach and tried my darnedest to avoid the sun
Ξ Eventually gave in, switched into my swimsuit, and went boogie-boarding
Ξ MET BK quidditchkiss and KT goodbye, basically two AWESOME AWESOME people with 2-letter nicknames!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES, THIS TOTALLY MERITS CAPSLOCK AND EXCLAMATION POINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ξ Left Virginia, arrived in Raleigh, NC by 10pm that night. Speaking of, there was a cop right behind us who put his sirens on, and we thought we were going to get a ticket. We moved over to the right lane to pull over, and then he simply sped up. Close one. Oh yeah, and this dumb driver ahead of us almost caused us to run over a flare.

I ended up joining the screaming crowd of fans for the HBP New York premiere! There were fans who had flown in from the Midwest, fans who had waited six hours only to squeeze into the second row, etc. The red carpet was across from us, and Tom Felton and Emma Watson were the only ones to go off the red carpet to sign autographs. (Bonnie, Rupert, Dan, and Alan did turn around and wave hello after a bit of chanting from the other side, ha.) Aside from the trio + Bonnie + Tom + Alan Rickman, I also spotted a couple randoms like Kelsey Grammar, Michelle Trachtenberg, and Lance Bass (lol whut).

I'm posting a lame LiveJournal post in hopes that I do not get stood up tomorrow, in typical "Hena is going on a date" fashion. It's almost always the case, and oddly enough this boys's name also begins with a "J." He doesn't seem like the kind to ditch, but I'm not feeling pretty lately.
