1) Is there a specific word count to your drabble? Can 100 to 500 words to qualify as a drabble or can it be under 1000 words?There's no limit to the word count in your drabble. :) If you exceed 1,000 words, it's okay. There's no need to specify your word count either. :)
2) Are there any deadlines in finishing your claims?No, there aren't any. You can take as long as you like because what matters most is that you can explore many possibilities with your fandom.
3) Are there limitations to the genres you can post?Think of this community as a free-for-all. Everything is welcome but of course, you'll need to specify everything in your post just as a rule and so other readers won't get thrown off.
4) Can we do original characters?Of course! Be as creative as you want! :)
5) What about AUs?AUs are most certainly welcome!
6) Would you allow an NC-17?Just make sure everything is behind a cut and make sure to specify your rating. Please consult the posting format for this.
7) Can I pimp my community or my fic LJ?Yes, you may, but please put it under a fake cut.
8) How exactly do we go about this community?This community is a multi-theme community. There are five sets of five different themes and the objective is to create a drabble wrapped around five different themes. Go through the list of themes, and take one theme from each set for your drabble. The combinations are endless, but in order to be included in the
Hall of Fame, you must come up with at least 10 theme combinations.
9) Can we do five themes from just one set?No. I've specified to take one theme from each of the five sets to work on. Doing all themes from one set would be redundant.
10) What about fanart?By all means, post up your fanart. :) If you have a
deviantart account and your fanart is posted there, please put up the link to your fanart in your post or upload your fanart on your own server. :)
11) I have a fic journal, can I link my fic from there?Yes. Fake cuts are allowed. :)
12) Are the themes going to change?No, the themes will stay. Unless of course, the members get tired and want a little more excitement, then that will be up for discussion and maybe I will accept suggestions for future themes. RIght now, since the comm is pretty much a baby, I won't be touching the themes. :)
As an additional rule, this community will NOT TOLERATE flaming. If you get flamed by an anonymous person or by someone in this community, please notify the mods and we will take the necessary action needed.
