| About: | ABOUT Like 30shards and 7snogs, this community is themed around a set number of things you write about a particular pairing. However, here you're writing about a pairing from the point of view, or PoV, of 5 other people. There is no list of themes you must follow-- once you sign up for your pairing, pick five other characters and write about their view of the chosen relationship. EXAMPLES Example: Harry Potter Pairing: Ginny/Harry 5 possible PoVs: Ron, Hermione, Snape, McGonagall, Lupin Example: Inuyasha Pairing: Kagome/Sesshoumaru 5 possible PoVs: Jaken, Miroku, Kaede, Shippou, Kikyou Example: Pirates of the Caribbean Pairing: Elizabeth/Jack 5 possible PoVs: Barbossa, Ambassador Swann, Norrington, Will, Anamaria RULES 1. All fandoms and pairings are welcome here except real person fic (RPF/RPS), and original characters (OC/OFC/OMC). Fictional, canonical characters only, please! 2. All PoVs must feature a heading and be behind an lj-cut. You can include an author's note and disclaimer, if you wish. Headings must include: - fandom - pairing - rating(s) - warning(s) 3. If your work contains adult content, your rating must reflect that. If your work contains adult content that may be objectionable to some readers (non-con/rape, BDSM, loli/shota, bloodplay, etc.) you must make mention of it in the "warnings" part of the header. 4. All PoVs must meet a basic standard of mechanical quality-- be spell-checked, possess decent grammar and punctuation. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a mod gently asking you to pretty up your prose, and possibly revoke your claim if you do it often enough. 5. Feedback is welcome! Please feel free to provide it! But there's a fine line between constructive criticism and flaming; we suggest you not step over it. Any flames will be deleted and the perp banned. THERE WILL BE NO LJ DRAMA, FLAME WARS, OR WANK IN THIS COMMUNITY. 6. You may claim as many pairings as you like, provided you complete them in the appropriate time frame (see #7 below). 7. You have two (2) months from the date a mod grants your claim to complete to complete it. If it's not done by then, your name will be removed from the claims post and the pairing can and will be given away to the next person who requests it.
