~The tagging system is updated. Now all entries will only need 3 tags.

~Minimum story length is pulled because I'm not going to check.
~Claims have no expiration date, and more than one person can have the same claim if they use different theme lists.
~Individual users can have up to 3 claims at a time, and those claims may be in the same fandom, though they don't have to be.

In general, there are a few new themes sets, and now a winter layout. Happy Winter Holidays, everyone!
