AboutThis community is open to any man or woman who is a nanny or who is in the child care field.
To maintain a safe, and friendly environment, please adhere to the following rules:
1. Be Open-minded; please understand every person is different and each has a unique situation.
2. Be Respectful; please respect each member and their opinions, as you will in turn be respected. remember what thumpers mother said “if you cant say something nice, don’t say anything at all.”
3. Be Friendly; please help me maintain a non-threatening environment by posting helpful comments and giving caring advice, we aren't here to nit-pick! Mean comments or entries will be deleted with no warning. On the internet it is hard to tell if someone is just joking, or being truly mean.
4. Show Responsibility; we are all responsible for our own actions, and can act in a responsible manner.
5. Show Maturity; this group is open to any nanny or childcare provider, whether she is 15 or 50! Please maintain some level of maturity as this community will be discussing many topics which may not be comfortable for everyone.
If you join please try and take the time to participate, this can either be done by commenting occasionally on crafts and activities that you do with the kids you look afer, or posting about how things are going, or asking a question.
* Please do not join just to advertise other communities, this is considered rude and you shall be warned.
* Please keep long posts behind a lj-cut. Examples of how to do an lj-cut can be found at the LJ FAQ's page.
* Feel free to post pictures of your children's craft or activity. Photo's must be under a lj-cut though.
* Respect other members. Trolling and pornbot's will be deleted, banned and reported.
* As livejournal no longer require a code to join, anon comments have been removed
* Please do not remove comments tag from your post, otherwise post shall be deleted. After all this is a community and communities run on communication.
contacting the moderators on there personal journal will have you banned, no questions asked.
