- You have few, if any, public posts - we need to be able to see that you're not posting only in communities and are an active part of the LJ community
- Your journal stats page reflects an average of less than one post per week for as long as you've had your journal
- Your last post is listed in your stats page as being more than 3 months ago
- You have few comments posted or received in relation to the age of your journal
- A high percentage of the communities you belong to are file-sharing communities
- Your journal is less than 3 months old and meets one or more of the other criteria mentioned above
