Aboutthis community is for us who are trying to lose 40 lbs by 12-25-08. while others call their groups a 'competition' this group is a 'challenge' because we are here to help and be supportive of all members, and together we can do this! we arent going to get all technical, if you only want to lose 20 by christmas but want to join us for the support then by all means join.
once approved post your stats in a NEW post (make this post for members only) and tell us all who you are and why you want to do the challenge so we can all get to know each other, AND you can also post your pics so that we can all get to know each other better and put a face with the name. then post away! we will be sharing pics, plans, progress, thoughts, anything...
**please note, adding your pic is totally optional. it is with full trust and in the strictest confidence that we share personal photos with each other. photos shared within this group should not be coppied or shared, etc. anyone who breaks this rule will automatically be deleted from the group***
please, everyone try to comment on everyone elses posts. nothing feels worse than posting and having no comments. let's make this a very active and supportive community!
