Fics by Character || Art by Character CLOSED for 2006 Awesome job, guys! This is how this is going to work. On September 1st, ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} unperfectwolf will be posting a list of 31 minor characters from the Harry Potter books. Each will be assigned a day in October. On the last day of September, unperfectwolf will open the community so all members can post. Then, every day in October, everyone can post their fics about which ever character has been assigned that day. Art is more than welcome as well, despite us calling this a fic-athon. Far be it from us to stifle creative activity.You don't have to write about every single character. You don't have to claim anything. There's no word limit. There's no genre limit. Het, slash, and gen are all welcome. Kinks and death and various types of taboo subjects are welcome, as long they're labeled as such. The story doesn't have to standalone - feel free to use the prompt as a chapter in something else, but be sure to link everyone to the rest because that would just be mean other wise. Please let this be the FIRST place you post these bits and pieces - but don't make it be the last! Once the fic or art has been posted here, feel free to post it else where. If you want to do more than one piece for one character, that's awesome, but be sure to post them in separate posts. Also, all fic and art needs to be under a cut. If you don't know how to do that, there are plenty of resources around. You don't have to like everyone here, but there will be no flaming allowed. All fics must be posted here, in full (unless it's a chapter of something, then you can just post the chapter), and not fake-cut else where. Fics must be edited, though a beta is not required. Spellcheck, however, is. Once posting begins, unperfectwolf is going to attempt to post a list of all of the art and fics that come in about each character the day after the character is assigned. If you miss a day, there will be a grace period of 7 days in November (1st through 7th) during which you can post a story or piece of art from any prompt to the community, and they will be added to the lists. Please don't post them during October except for on their assigned day. These lists of fics will be added to the memories, so that we don't have bunches of memories for each day. Instead there will be one. If you notice something that got left off, comment and tell unperfectwolf. She won't know otherwise.Please note that unperfectwolf lives in Seattle, Washington, and so forth is in the Pacific Time Zone. She will try not to fuck anyone over as far as dates go, but there are some people who are nearly 24 hours ahead of her.If you would like to post anonymously, or don't have a livejournal account, go here. Fic Posting Format: Art Posting Format: Please be sure to mark all adult fics/art (R and NC17) and to add in pertinent warnings. When this starts, there may be a few changes to the rules and how things work as we pound out logistics, because we can plan and plan and plan but until this actually is going, we won't know what works and what doesn't.
