Community History
This community was created on July 9th 2002 by Laura (![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) the311princess). She wanted an active place on livejournal for 311 fans. Growing member lists caused more responsibility so she called upon her best friend Stephanie (swept_in) to help maintain, moderate, and take graphic control.
In September of 2004 Laura and Stephanie both had kids and Laura lost touch with LiveJournal. Stephanie took the the reigns of the community you see now. Laura still drops in every once in awhile, and if you want to check her out you can do so on myspace. Laura on Myspace. Any questions or comments pretaining to LiveJournal should be directed to Stephanie.
