Welcome to 30stm_slash !

• This community contains explicit adult material.
• All community members must be 18 or older to join. You must have your year of birth listed on your user info page in order to be approved for membership. (Read more about this here.)
• This is a Real Person Slash community. Slash is a genre of fan fiction primarily treating of sexual or romantic relationships between two male characters. In addition, Real person slash involves taking the celebrity's public image and creating slash stories with them. (Wikipedia) If this is not your cup of tea, just move on.
  
• There will be absolutely no tolerance for flaming, trolling, or picking fights. You will be removed from the community immediately for any such behavior.
  
• Pics, fics, icons, fan art and discussions are welcome, as long as they are 30STM and slash related.
  
• Posting rules: Always use a header with a disclaimer. You may post on the community or link to a post on your own journal. You may make a public or members-only post. All long posts ideally go behind a lj-cut. All fics and graphics post with explicit adult content must go behind a lj-cut (FAQ #196). Above the cut you must state a clear rating and/or warnings. Use the MPAA rating system if you want. BETTER: use LJ's new rating system. A post is suitable to all publics, contains adult concepts, or explicit adult content (for the definitions see FAQ #281). Flag your post if you want. Detailed explanations on the posting rules can be found here and here.
  
• Be so kind as to give a title to your post. It makes it easier for people who want to find a fic back using the calendar, for example.
  
• Try to use correct grammar/spelling. We understand this is not always easy especially for non-native English speakers, but please use a spell checker, and if necessary try to find a beta reader. Below you can find a list of people who volunteer to beta for you. betacommentary and betas4hire are always good places to look as well.
  
• The umbilical cord between this community and the band's official message boards is an intriguing phenomenon. However, not all slashers want direct interaction between the real and the slash. Please, try to avoid having this community directly involved in any future “slash wars”.
