Hello everyone,

only two more months until the 30myths_awards community will open its gates once again. Thanks to everyone who's pimped out stories and artists so far.

01.
Seeing as the next awards are inching closer and closer, we'd once again like to remind of the PIMP POST for you to take your chance and pimp out works you've read/seen and enjoyed this year, or even pimp out works of your own that you're particularly proud of. We're sure there's a lot more great stuff people should know about ;)

02.
del_rion will help keep an eye on things for the awards. Another pair of eyes will lessen the danger of eventual mistakes sneaking in ;) Many thanks to her.

03.
If any community moderator would like us to post reminders etc. on their fandom community as soon as the awards get started (we'll inform about the start, reminders during the nomination period, the voting period etc.), please let us know so we can join your community (if we haven't already) or, if we're already a member, to keep you in mind if you'd like your members to get informed. ^_^

04.
Beforehand, throughout and after this year's awards, we're offering a SHOUTBOX where everyone can ask questions, voice any concerns etc. This shoutbox is located directly at the moderator's journal, so we can get back at you as quickly as possible if anything should be the matter.

Hello everyone,

the next round of the awards is only five more months away. We'd like to encourage you to (massively :D) use the PIMP POST and tell people about the goodies you've found so far (and will find in the future). Until now, 39 stories have been pimped, which is a great number already and way more than last year :)

Of course, you can also pimp artists and places.

Further, for anyone who'd like to help pimping and/or tell people (especially new writers) about these awards is invited to use this banner for promotion:

And here we are with the winners' announcement of the first 30 Myhts Awards.

In this post you'll find:

=> All of this year’s winners.

=> A list of all other nominees that have been nominated but didn’t make it into the final voting.

=> A list of disqualified works.

Thanks to everyone making this year’s awards possible and not (too) tragic ;-)

First off: The Winners! Congratulations to everyone who won this year. Everyone got their own banner (except for a couple categories at the end were we used similar ones). After debating for a while on how to make those, we have decided to make them fitting to the category/pairing of each story. We hope everyone likes theirs (if not, we guess you can complain? :P). If you grab yours to upload them somewhere, please use your own host. In case you get confused when some categories have more than one first place or second: They all had the same amount of votes and therefore, all share the rank.

Number 2 - the list of nominated works that didn't make it into the final round. We figured some might be curious. To those that were nominated but didn't make it into the voting, congratulations as well. As you can see, people have thought of you nonetheless!

What will happen from now on?
First, we'll delete the previous entries about nominations, votings etc. The only entries remaining until the next round will be the winner announcement and the feedback post. As soon as the next round starts, we'll delete the feedback post as well. Please leave us any kind of feedback as offered in the F E E D B A C K P O S T that we can take into consideration. We will work on the FAQs and rules anyway but any input is really helpful.
