Tina's speech at the TCA
This was her acceptance speech for Outstanding Individual Achievement in Comedy award:

I want to thank everyone involved in the Television Critics Association, not just for this award but for your very very generous support of 30 Rock. ... Thank you to you guys for making 30 Rock the most successful cable show on broadcast television. [laughter] Oh, it's a great time to be on broadcast television, isn't it? It's exciting! It's like being in vaudeville in the '60s! [laughter] We're thinking of actually changing the name of the show to Ratings-Challenged 30 Rock, just to take some of the power out of it. It's like taking back the N-word; we're gonna do it. It might make Elisabeth Hasselbeck cry, but we're gonna do it. [laughter]

But in spite of the weird state of our industry, there are some amazing things going on on television right now, which is why I feel very honored to be in this category with Christina and Alec and Stephen Colbert and Mr. Wise, who I don't know personally but who is amazing. Also I find it — I have to say I find it very exciting that at these awards, this category is not separated by gender. Because it doesn't really need to be. It's not weight-lifting. [laughter] You know what else is? Uh, professional billiards. [laughter] Why is that, uh, separated? [laughs]

Her acceptance speech for Outstanding Comedy had a reference to Bosom Buddies and how it was appointment television for her. Me thinks she might try to get Tom Hanks (who was present at the ceremony) to guest star next season.

Who would you guys like to see guest-starring? /lame attempt at trying to start a discussion

I think Tom Hanks would be a hilarious guest star. And he needs to do something funny again!

Other people I'd love to see:

Michael Cera
Christine Baranski
Donald Faison
Tea Leoni
Greg Grunberg
Vanessa Williams

Predictable but... Amy Poehler!

I'm definitely up for some Tom Hanks/30 Rock action.
I'd also love to see Jason Bateman on 30 Rock, because he is simply hilarious. (Actually, anyone from Arrested Development would be fine with me.)

I think I'd explode if Jason were on 30 Rock!

Thanks for posting the majority of the acceptance speech! Tina is always good at those.

Can't think of any guest stars right now, mostly because basically everyone they have on ends up being good on the show, so I'll most likely be happy with anyone who shows up!

Tom Hanks would definitely be hilarious on the show. I'm generally gunning for any major TV legends to guest star, like Mary Tyler Moore or Bob Newhart. Any of the Golden Girls would be awesome as well, particularly Bea Arthur (it's unfortunate Estelle Getty died today, because she would have been great as well). I agree with the above comment about anyone from the Arrested Development cast, especially Jessica Walters as Will Arnett's mother again.

She'd be funny as Jenna's mom or something.

ha, that'd be great. I was also thinking she'd be hilarious as like, KENNETH'S bible-beating mother, lol.

I'm sorta of two minds about this, because while I'll always be happy to see old AD cast members, and while I do like most of the high-profile guest stars they've had in the past, I'm in general not a huuuuge fan of big-name casting. But so far I think 30 Rock has done a good job of not making it too "stunty", though, so maybe I'm over-thinking it, lol. After all, I used to think that David Schwimmer was a total douchebag, but he managed to totally covert me after Greenzo. :D

OMG, this comment had no point whatsoever. IGNORE ME!

Word. I've never understood that either. (And the fact that she actually won against the boys? Suck it, Christopher Hitchens!)

I made a post about this at 30rockfan.org/wp

1. Mary Tyler Moore - The original Liz Lemon, Mary Tyler Moore would be a fantastic guest star, particularly in a role opposite her sunshine-spreading iconic tv personality. Seeing Ms. Moore interact with Jack and Liz maybe as a disgruntled sponsor or bitter mailwoman bent on their destruction (work with me, here!) would be TV perfection.

2. Amy Poehler - Tina’s baby mama herself, Ms. Poehler has yet to pop up on 30 Rock, despite the fact Tina and Amy are good friends, they work so well together, and Amy’s husband Will’s been guest starred several times. Just about any role for Amy would make her perfect for the show, due to the great chemistry displayed in Baby Mama. Make it happen!

3. Lorne Michaels - The father of SNL, 30 Rock wouldn’t exist without Mr. Michaels. What better way to bring the show full-circle with its godfather?

4. Oprah - Both Tina and Miss O want this to happen, so now we play the waiting game. I do not win at the waiting game.

5. Kristen Wiig - Okay, I’m bias, I’m SO bias, but I’d like to see more of the “Lifetime movie” that Kristen as Candice Vandershark starred in as C.C. in the aftermath of a terrible stupid pet trick doggie-get-your-gun tragedy.

6. Bill Hader - Another SNL cast member, Hader’s repertoire (take THAT, 4th grade spelling bee!) runs deep, as his work on SNL and in Apatow movies shows.

7. Ellen Degeneres - Clash of the funny women! Ellen’s guest spots are few, but I think this might be an excellent fit.

8. Steve Carrell - We’ll set the scene: Michael Scott wins a trip to the set of 30 Rock and hilarity ensues. Isn’t that always how it happens? With the hilarity ensuing? And maybe Dwight could come along and engage in combat with Kenneth. No, no, it could be really awesome - I swear.

9. Stephen Colbert - The man belongs on a top 10 list. Always!

10. Robert Downey Jr. - No, this is not part of the post-Iron Man bandwagon. RDJ’s been on SNL both as a cast member and host, and his work on Ally McBeal was excellent. To an extent, Liz is the new Ally McBeal, just as neurotic, but smarter and able to remain standing during high wind drifts. RDJ as a love interest would please the new fangirls, amuse the SNL fans, and continue cementing my 11 year crush.

Oh, that speech is worth its word-count in gold. PWNS.

As far as guest stars: Ellen would be awesome. Somehow tying in with a potential Oprah storyline, but not in the same episode (too much starpower if they were together, heh).

Someone mentioned Simon Pegg in this post which would be brilliant.

But this show could make anyone's guest appearance golden, regardless of who they are. ;)

I want Matthew Broderick and Nathan Lane... IN THE SAME EPISODE/SCENE. Or maybe Mel Brooks.
