Notes: This one's kind of far out there, so I'll explain it. Nero is the most secluded of the Tsviets aside from Weiss. And he lives by Weiss's rule alone (cause he's obsessed). I took these pseudo-monastic traits as Nero=monk dedicated to Weiss and yea. Vague symbolism!
