Melbourne Uni's Second Floor (of Union House, and more specifically the Mary Cooke Lounge, the area down the end of the floor with the couches and Big Purple Thingys) Union House basement (since they turned the Mary Cooke Lounge into two tiny meeting rooms and got rid of the couches and Big Purple Thingys in favour of shitty hard plastic chairs and crappy wobbly tables) is the gathering area for roleplayers, science fiction and fantasy fans, and other assorted odd people.
Korner is more or less the same thing, only at Monash Uni's Clayton campus, and with less fuckwittery on the part of the Student Union, AFAIK. |
