[About Dreams] In the state of REM (or rapid eye movement) one dreams. This is the state in which one's eyes twitch and you have high frequency brain waves. Freud called dreaming "day residue." The majority of dreams are mundane. Bizarre dreams are what we usually remember. You can condition yourself to remember these reams if you write them down the moment you wake up.
