Community Profile

Welcome to 29shards, a prompt community for writers and artists in a similar vein to places like 30_kisses. In a nutshell, every 29 days or so, a list of prompts for the next Cycle will be posted to the community. It's then pretty much up to memebers to respond to these prompts however they see fit.

Rules

• Responses should be one of the following: prose fiction, poetry, art or photography.
  
  
• Works can be either fan or original.
  
  
• Please use appropriate tags for your post.
  
  
• Please use the post header (described below).
  
  
• The actual work itself should be behind a cut/link.
  
  
• You may only post your own work. Seriously.
  
  
• Work can be posted 'late' but not early. For late submissions, please try to keep things within the current cycle (or at least the previous one).
  
  
• 'Compilations' of multiple day prompts are okay, so long as they don't breach the rules for early responses.
  
  
• 'Fake cuts' and links to works posted in personal journals are okay (so long as they fit the other requirements). If you do this, please lock the comments on the community post.
