You eat
200 caloriess on day 1
400 calories on day 2
600 calories on day 3
800 calories on day 4
then on day 5 you start again with 200 calories.
some people like to change it up a bit...as long as you are shocking your body from the day before it will still work
This Diet keeps you from plateauing on your weight loss because it keeps your metabolism working. Your metabolism rate bases itself off of what you ate the day BEFORE, not what you are eating today or what you are going to eat tomorrow. Therefore when you drop from 800 calories on day 4 to 200 calories on day 5 you burn up 600 calories (the difference between days 4 and 5) more than you are eating.
