Author’s Note:  This story was conceived of as Hatori/Yuki yaoi but came out much differently than expected and is more of a genfic.  I also wound up taking some liberties with the 20 random fact meme format..  This story was also inspired in part by the_dark_gardenchallenge #234, a quote from T. S. Eliot’s The Wasteland "That corpse you planted last year in your garden, has it begun to sprout? Will it bloom this year?"
