The minimum has been set at 20,000 words, and while we don't have a set theme, there will be a post to collect prompts, bunnies and themes people would like to share, to give our writers something to kick off from. ;)

So, with no further ado:

( The Rules )

This challenge gives you a month for every 10,000 words, with another month for drafting. The only requirements so far is that it's 1x2x1.

edited to add: this appears to have been somewhat misleading ;) That's the general formula, but an amount -and therefore a due date -is decided for fic to be in, and they're all released at once.

The story needs to be new (to the internet), and stand-alone. So if you've got some magnum opus rotting away on your hard drive that you've never shown to anyone, that's fine!

Provided a relatively even number of artists to writers, we can have a corresponding cover challenge -at the draft mark, each story will be passed to an artist who can then do a cover for it.
