Inspired by some of the similar communities out there, I found myself wanting to do a duel claim with friends, without waiting for the claimed pairing or character to be "open" before both of us could do our sides of things. I liked the idea of each person writing concurrently, and ended up with this community as a result. I hope you enjoy!

Please be aware that this community is open to all characters (original and canon), as well as all pairings (slash/yaoi, femmeslash/yuri, and heterosexual) and threesomes. In the case of threesomes, at least two people must be involved with the challenge, and by preference, three people. Warnings and lj-cuts are required, not just expected.

Rules
a) The first step is to choose a writing partner and agree on a theme set. Read the FAQ to answer any questions about what you may claim and how.
b) Join the community, and check to ensure that your claim has not already been taken.
c) Post in the Claiming Post with your claim. Both of you must post before the claim will be approved.
d) Each person may be a part of 3 claims at a time. This may be with the same person 3 times over, or with 3 different people at once.
e) Each pairing may only be claimed once per set of themes. When that theme-pairing claim is completed, it will open again.
f) There must be a single sentence per theme. You may not have multiple sentences, and you may not combine themes.
g) Only post your sentences once you have completed all 50. The claim will not be considered closed until both partners complete each half.
h) Sentences may only be posted once you are listed in the Claimed List.
i) You may ask for an extension here or give up your claim here.
j) A claim must be completed within 3 months unless an extension is granted.
k) Warnings for any and all questionable matter (including but not limited to: sexual orientation of all pairings, how expllicit it is, and any disturbing imagery) is absolutely required. Additionally, all stories are required to be put behind livejournal cuts, with the heading outside the cut.
